The cone crusher integrates mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and intelligent control technologies, with reasonable equipment structure, low operation and maintenance costs, fully automatic control, constant discharge opening, and large eccentric distance suitable for medium and fine crushing of various types of ores. It has the advantages of simple operation, high output, low maintenance, wide range of application and high efficiency.

Hydraulic Cone Crusher working principle

When GP Series Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher is in operation, the motor drives the drive shaft to rotate through the belt pulley and triangle belt, and the drive shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the large and small bevel gears, and the movable cone rotates through the main shaft to make the rotary oscillation under the action of the eccentric sleeve, so that the movable cone and the fixed cone are close to the rolling mortar wall and far away from it, and the materials are continuously crushed by the squeezing and impacting in the crushing chamber between the rolling mortar wall and the crusher, and the crushed materials are discharged from the lower part of the crusher.
