Fine Jaw Crusher working principle

Fine Jaw Crusher is driven by the motor through the belt and pulley to drive the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw move up and down, when the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, so that the movable jaw plate to the fixed jaw plate close to the formation of the crushing cavity, then the materials entering the crushing cavity are crushed by extrusion; when the movable jaw downward, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate, under the action of the tie rod and the spring, leaves the fixed jaw plate, and the crushed materials are discharged from the bottom of the crushing cavity, so that the movable jaw is continuously driven by the motor to make the cycle of operation to crush the materials.
