Quartz stone crusher is suitable for ultra-fine crushing operations with compressive strength less than 240Mpa, moisture content less than 30%, feed particle size less than 90mm, and finished product particle size requirements of 40-120 mesh, but less than 200 mesh is better. It has the characteristics of low maintenance costs, high crushing ratio, reliable performance, low dust, and low noise.
The quartz crusher is equipped with three crushing rollers, and according to the crushing particle size required by the user, the three roller surfaces can be selected as either the welding roller surface or the flat roller surface.
Quartz Crusher working principle
The quartz stone crusher uses three high-strength wear-resistant alloy crushing rollers to crush materials, which generate high extrusion pressure due to relative rotation. After entering the crushing chamber of the upper two rollers, the materials are compressed by the relative rotation of the two rollers. After the first squeezing and grinding (coarse crushing) of the materials, they immediately enter the lower two rollers with relative rotation (the middle roller is a shared roller) and use the extrusion pressure of the lower two rollers for secondary squeezing and grinding (fine crushing), Crush into the required particle size and discharge through the discharge port.
