The iron ore crusher is a self-developed crushing equipment that combines the advantages of all rolling (grinding) machines in our company's comprehensive market. It is suitable for fine crushing operations with compressive strength less than 300Mpa, humidity less than 30%, feed particle size less than 70mm, and finished product particle size requirements of 5mm or less. It can be widely used in industries such as cement, mining, metallurgy, ceramics, etc. It has the characteristics of reliable performance, large output, low power consumption, and high cost-effectiveness.
The iron ore crusher is equipped with two crushing rollers, and the roller surface adopts a welding roller surface and a hard alloy column nail roller surface.

iron Ore Crusher working principle

The iron ore crusher relies on two relatively medium speed rotating crushing rollers and utilizes the principle of inertial dynamics to generate high extrusion pressure. After the material passes through the distribution device and enters the gap between the two rollers (V-shaped crushing chamber), it is compressed and sheared, causing a change in the material mechanism. The internal crystal structure of the material is completely destroyed, and it is crushed to the desired particle size. Finally, it falls from the gap between the two rollers and is discharged through the discharge port.
