Stone Crusher working principle

When working, the electronic control system is activated, and the motor drives the rotor inside the motor body. The rotor drives the hammer head to rotate at high speed in a circular manner. Symmetrically, there are adjustable crushing plates on both sides of the rotor. The crushing plates and the hammer head form an efficient crushing chamber. The material falling from the feeding port is first hit by the high-speed rotating hammer head to the crushing plate, and then rebounded by the crushing plate towards the hammer head and the crushing plate. The material hits back and forth in the crushing chamber and collides with each other, The material that reaches the particle size is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the crusher.
