Basalt Crusher product description
The basalt crusher is suitable for solid materials with compressive strength less than 300Mpa and moisture content less than 30%, and requires fine and medium crushing operations with a high crushing ratio. Solid materials such as crushed iron ore, quartz, potassium (sodium) feldspar, limestone, river pebbles, metallic silicon, barite, basalt, granite, steel slag, cement clinker, construction waste (concrete), shale, quicklime, coal, coke, water slag, clay, gypsum, bentonite, fertilizer, chemical raw materials, etc. It has the characteristics of low maintenance costs, high crushing ratio, low water requirements, low power consumption, reliable performance, low dust, and low noise.
The basalt crusher is equipped with four crushing rollers, which can be freely selected from tooth roller surface, welding roller surface, and flat roller surface. It is suitable for medium and fine crushing operations with feed particle size less than 90mm and finished product particle size requirements of 0.3-10mm.
If the compressive strength of the material exceeds 200Mpa, it is recommended to choose a heavier model. The transmission methods can be divided into two types according to user requirements: V-belt and coupling transmission (hard link). This equipment can be powered by a diesel or gasoline engine when there is no electricity in the mine.
Basalt Crusher working principle
The basalt crusher uses four high-strength wear-resistant crushing rollers to crush materials through the high extrusion pressure and shear force generated by relative rotation. After the material enters the gap between the upper two rollers (V-shaped crushing chamber), it is subjected to the squeezing and shearing effects of the relative rotation of the two rollers. After the first squeezing and shearing of the material (coarse crushing), it enters the relatively rotating lower two rollers again, and is then squeezed, sheared, and ground (fine crushing) by the lower two rollers to form the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port.
