1. The water roller is used to transfer water, so it must be hydrophilic and at the same time resistant to water corrosion. And its hardness is usually lower than the ink rollers, generally between HS20~30°, this hardness is easier to get on the water evenly, and also easier to adjust.

2. Offset printing machine ink rollers, water rollers traditionally used nitrile rubber, but in the formulation of the rubber material has its own focus. Of course, other materials can be used, as long as they meet the requirements of use.

3. Water roller with water velvet cloth or water velvet sleeve is degreased, with good hydrophilic performance. Water velvet cover has countless capillary pores, its adsorption is very strong, which ensures the water roller hydrophilic and water absorption, and can play a good role in the printing plate wetting.
