Ink Roll Description

Ink rollers should have good ink-friendliness, elasticity, and solvent resistance, etc. The core of ink rollers should have good rigidity and strength, and have the ability to resist deformation. Printing ink rollers are generally composed of a metal core and a rubber layer. The role of the ink roller is to quantitative printing ink, evenly transported to the printing plate.

Ink Roll Types

Printing ink rollers are divided into two types of heavy rollers and light rollers according to their structure. Heavy rollers, referred to as heavy rollers and pressure rollers, are solid metal rollers machined from high-quality carbon steel. Heavy rollers are used for ink leveling rollers in the ink delivery system. The light roller is composed of two parts: metal roller core and rubber body.
