4: Paper pulp molding machine Composition

Pulping system

The waste paper is pulped in the pulper, and the pulp that has been crushed under the action of hydraulic and friction enters the pulp pool

Forming system

The process uses negative pressure and vacuum adsorption to convert pulp into egg trays.You can make egg boxes,fruit trays with the egg tray machines by changing moulds.

Drying system

The formed egg tray wet billet is sent to the conveyor belt of the metal oven drying line (temperature 180-250 ° C) to dry.

Packing system

The dried egg trays can be loaded and transport after auomatic stacking and packing.
