This product is suitable for third-class and fourth-class cooling bed, we can design and produce into a stronger tensile strength felt belt according to the characteristics of the customer's use process, temperature resistance can reach 300 ℃ (carbonization temperature), we produce the felt belt with special grade Nomex fiber, with good temperature and abrasion resistance, replace wood, graphite and other materials, are widely used in aluminum manufacturing process.

The SEAMLESS FELT BELTS includes four different types of belts(all endless) for use according to the position in the cooling bed, depending on the maximum temperature to withstand(up to 600℃).

We can offer the following types of Endless Belts:

1 Seamless Belts Polyester heat resistant up to 180℃

2 Seamless Belts Nomex heat resistant up to 280℃

3 Seamless Belts Kevlar heat resistant up to 500℃

4 Seamless Belts Zylop(PBO) heat resistant up to 600℃

Needle felt pad can suitable from 180-600°C
