Waste tire/tyre recycling plant

It consists of rubber crusher, ring cutter, strip cutter, block cutter, steel wire separator, fiber separator, vibrating screen, conveyor belt, Magnetic separator. Through ring cutter, trip cutter, lock cutter, processing tyre into 3.5cm block. Second, using XKP-350/400/450/560 rubber crusher, it can be a colloidal. Then using rubber screen, magnetic plant and conveyer. Separate steel and powder. It can be made 5-40mesh powder.
