Sheet Metal Processing Factory Process Introduction

1. The first step is the blanking (also called blanking) process. Under normal circumstances, the on-site staff will cut parts and materials of suitable size from the large plate through the shearing machine according to the development drawings provided by the technical department. In the case of punches, the dead zone of the clamp must be considered. After cutting is complete, workers mark the item number with a marker on the surface of each material. There are also some factories without this processing step, typesetting directly on the standard board, and then punching/cutting directly.

2. Then send the raw materials to the CNC punching machine for punching processing. During this process, NC code needs to be written for the part to be machined.

3. After punching/cutting is complete, the parts are de-micro connected and sent to a press brake for bending.

2009.9 - Huishuo hardware and mold processing shop was established, and began to engage in hardware precision mold processing;

2010.6 - Obtained Japanese "Waida" and "Wasino" optical curve grinders (P/G), Japan Seibo & Sodick wire cutting machines;

2011.3 – Passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 environmental management system certification;

2012.5 – Became the die components supplier of Japan Suzuki, and the products are directly exported to Japan;

2013.8 – Stamping dies were exported to Germany, Russia, Turkey, Egypt and other countries successively;

2014.2 – Successfully entered the field of relays, developed double-material riveting molds with silver contacts, and mass-produced them, becoming a secondary supplier for Midea, Gree and other home appliance companies;

2015.3 – Progressive dies have been exported to India, Vietnam, the United States, Canada, Brazil and other countries;

2015.12 – The factory was relocated to Fuhai Road, Chang'an Town, Dongguan, with a construction area of ​​about 5,000 square meters;

2016.5 - Independently developed and designed Type C, and became a secondary supplier of Huawei, Xiaomi, etc.;

2017.4 - Obtained multiple high-speed precision press machines ranging from 25T to 160T. It can produce all kinds of coils and strips with a thickness of 0.05-4.0mm;

2018.6 - Breaking through the industry precision in the field of small hole punching, it can stably produce micro-holes with a hole diameter of 0.26 and a spacing of 0.03;

2019.10 - Cooperated with a well-known listed company of micro motors to participate in the research and development of micro linear vibration motor stamping parts;

2021.8 - Obtained multiple injection molding machines ranging from 50-160T, focusing on the production and processing of various types of connector plastic products.
