Shutter Cone Fan (Swung Drop Hammer Opening system)

● Swung Drop Opening System: Added with Swung Drop Hammer opening system,flexible opening,reasonable open angle,lower wind resistence,higher ventilation efficiency, save much more energy than the similar fan.

● Cone: Adopt new design, plug type connection, not need many bolts and nuts for tightening as before, reducing intensity of labor and improving aesthetidurablec result of fan. Reasonable cone designing can get bigger airflow and lower noise.

● Blade: 6 fan baldes is special designed for the biggest efficiency which made of Krupp 430 stainless steel by punching forming. Large air volume, no deformation, no broken, no dust, attractive and durable. Thickness 1.2mm, surface finish BA grade. Through intelligent dynamic-balance tester, ensure the fan smooth running, lower vibration, less noise, increase stability.

● Frame: Galvanized steel sheet, steel thickness 275g/m2, stamping forming, the bottom applies drainage outlest.

● Shutters: Adopt aluminum alloy shutters, light weight and attractive.

● Motor: Chinese famous motors, Siemens motors and ABB motors for option; Motor voltage,frequency and phase can be customized. Motor protection class is IP55, Insulation class is F.

● Belt Pulley: Fan belt pulley is made of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting which reduces the weight of propeller, high corrosion resistance. Special three reinforced ribs pulley design. Sand blasting treatment for attractive appearance, eliminate internal stress to improve its own rigidity and stability, never broken.

● Belts: China faand Sanlux belt, Japan Mitsubishi belt, Korea Dongil belt for option, long-term use of deformation.

● Bearing: Fan bearing adopts imported doublerow bearing with special waterproof design, water can’t enter. High strength, lower noise, maintenance free and long service life.
