SFP & FFP are two kinds of reticle type which using widely today. There's no specific difference in reticle itself, but showing different at zoom in. FFP reticle's mill dot will magnify with lens zoom in while SFP reticle's mill dot will remain the size at beginning. Selection of these two reticle position should referenced by your own shooting habit.
