Our pocket air filter Media Material Specifiation consists of four layers. The surface layer is high-strength non-woven fabric, which can be made according to customers's demand. The bi-component layer consists of PP and PET materials to give higher filtration efficiency rate and convey excellent compression resilince property. The two fibers are blended into a “Z” shape structure, which features higher air permeability, dust-holding capacity and lower pressure drop. Meanwhile, the lining non-woven fabric layer has been needle punched or non-woven compounded to filter larger particles at a lower inital pressure drop. Lastly, a middle separator is applied to make sure the air is pressed evenly throughout the bag.

Features:

The Bag Filter has the features of low resistance, large air flow, offering customers a large dust holding capacity that is guaranteed to last a long time. Not only is this product cost economical but it is capable of withstanding the highest temperature and humidity of 80ºC and 80% RH respectively. Furthermore, it has a G3-F9 Bag Filter efficiency of 45-95% @0.5 micron. Finally, the recommended final resistance for this product is 300-400pa.
