Air conditioning bag filter Pocket Filter media is composed of 4 layers designed to meet the various ASHRAE standards. The filter media are manufactured of Multiple Layers Synthetic Microfiber.

The washable bag filters Synthetic Microfiber build up in non-woven layers to ensure MultiLayer buildups and eliminate fiber shedding.

Non woven vacuum cleaner bag is widely used in ventilation and air conditioner system of laboratory, pharmacy, microelectronic, hospital, food industry etc which areas requesting a higher degree of air cleanliness.

Efficiency:

Washable synthetic fiber filter bag has an average atmospheric dust spot efficiency range 45-50%, 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95% in NBS Test Method; per ASHRAE 52.2, the efficiency is MERV9, MERV11, MERV12 & MERV14.

Bag Filter is designed to a V-Shape pocket with extended surface frame. V-Shape pocket design allows every pockets to fully inflate and maintain a proper spacing with adjacent pockets. Air can freely through from front to back .
