Vertical Double Station IBC Frame Bending Machine Used In IBC Cage Frame Production Line is a part of the IBC frame production line. It is used to bend the tube mesh after welding.

• Adopting CNC machining for bending beams to ensure bending angles Each mold on the bending beam can be adjusted up and down by approximately 3mm to increase the bending range The 120 degree mold design makes each bending angle smoother.
• Bending fram .The rectangular shaped frame adopts thicker steel columns and a door shaped cover plate, making the machine firm and stable.
• Hydraulic station.Apply IBC bending machine to the bending of IBC tube mesh, and bend it to required size of (1200 ± 5mm) × (1000 ± 5mm) rectangular frame.​

IBC Tank Cage Frame Production Line Machine
This automatic production line is mainly used to manufacturing the IBC cage frame. It is composed of cage frame automatic welding, mesh unloading mechanical arm, mesh turnover structure, automatic frame bending machine, locking machine, hole making and punching machine, automatic production line moving mechanical arm. The complete line requires only 3-4 person. Operator only need to do the material loading to the frame welding machine, and do unloading at the end of the line. Also we can equip the line with automatic base frame welding machine and automatic unloading mechanical arm for the base frame.
