The IBC tote frame tube production line is an automated system designed specifically for the production of 1000L IBC tote frame tubes. It includes automatic round tube welding and forming, automatic long tube pressing and forming, automatic short tube pressing and forming, and automatic pressing and bending of the bottom frame tubes.

Process Flow:
Short Tube Pressing and Forming:
Automatic Tube Feeding → Automatic Pressing and Cutting to Short Tubes → Automatic Discharge.
Bottom Frame Tube Automatic Pressing and Bending Machine:
Automatic Tube Feeding → Automatic End Shrinking → Automatic Pressing and Forming → Automatic Bending → Automatic Discharge.
