Description

Crank arm mobile flat plate spot welder is designed with multi-joint manually movement accordingto the principle of mechanical arm.The bottom electrodeplate mode is suitable for the product of plate table withmulti-welding point on the surface, to ensure thesmoothness of the product surface and consistencyof welding point.

Intelligent welding control system

Intelligent Touch Screen Controller Input and read welding parameters. The welding conditions can be easily set using the touch panel system.You can save the different welding parameters for different material and thickness. So you can recall the welding program easily.

Welding platform

Flat big copper table for welding various sheet metal door panels. If the workpiece can be placed on the table-type electrode, it can be welded without the use of auxiliary personnel. The welding gun move freely, allowing easy access to the desired welding point by one person.

Vertical Welding Gun

The V-gun is the most suitable gun for welding deep box products that are closed on all sides. The tip of the gun has a crank shape that makes it easy to aim at the edge of the workpiece. It can also apply pressure directly to the surface, making it ideal for welding nuts, screws, and bosses.

Horizontal Welding Gun

The H-gun is a long horizontal gun suitable for welding complex workpiece shapes and deep areas. It is possible to weld as desired while moving the gun freely on the table electrode.

Standard Welding Electrode

Welding can be done efficiently by changing the electrode tip according to the type and size of product. It can also weld nut, or screws, etc.

Easy Set up and Operation.
