HWASHI welding robot is compact, with small size, which is a dedicated arc welding robot. This robot equipped with international Brands welding power, can achieve a stable welding, access to high-precision welding path, shorten the welding cycle, with high repeat positioning accuracy, fast running, welding process stability, high consistency of the weld, and can shorten the product replacement cycle, The corresponding equipment investment. Widely used in automotive and accessories, motorcycles and accessories, engineering machinery and other metal welding field.

◆ Proposal Introduction◆
This proposal includes two sets of robot station. One station for welding robot (including MIG welder and TIG welder), one station for grinding robot which is equipped with force control grinder. In such design, worker only need to do manual loading and unloading of product, the machine will do welding and grinding automatically. For No. 4 drawing product, since the size is too big, we do not suggest to weld or grind it in this system.
Condition
1.There are 13 different type of product in total(as per the picture from left to right, 13 samples in total.)
2.Except for No. 4 product, the size is 3100mmx2100mm,The rest of products size is within 2300mmx1000mm.

Welding Robot

The welding station is composed of welding robot and MIG welder and TIG welder. The sliding rail will help robot to move to ensure each angle can be welded .

Grinding Robot

The grinding station is composed of 1 set of HS-R6-20 robot which is equipped with grinder. The grinding force can be controlled to ensure different grinding situation. Also it will decrease the difficulty in programing. The robot will move on the sliding rail to ensure each angle can be grinded.

Robot slide rail installation: the robot can walk alone or walk with matching welding power supply and robot control cabinet as a whole according to the on-site working conditions of customers. 3. Special protective mechanism to prevent welding spatter or dust in the air which will cause bad impact of precision parts. 4. In order to adapt to the different conditions of different customers, be able to do different configuration and installation for customer.

1) Manual loading of the workpiece to the fixture in Station 1 positioner; 2) Start welding; 3) The robot and welding machine will do welding on the workpiece according to the presetting program; 4) Welding completed; 5) While the station 1 is being welded, station 2 is being loaded and fixed the work piece synchronously. Answer: our standard warranty period is one year after shipment. If you want to extend the warranty period, there will be extra cost.

Q3: What if my machine damaged doing the warranty period?
Answer: firstly, our engineer will help you to diagnose the problem via online guidance. if any parts damaged during the warranty period, we will send the parts to you for replacement free of charge. If you can not fix he problem by replacement of the new parts, we will send engineer to your factory to help fixing the machine.

Q4: What is the delivery time of your machine?
Answer: it depends on the complexity of your machine. Most of our standard machine we got in stock, then we can shape the machine with the seven days after receiving your payment. If you need the Customized machine, normally it would take about 30-90 days to complete the machine.

Q5: Can we send the sample to you for welding test?
Answer: yes. You can send us the samples for welding test and we will send you the pictures and videos after the testing. If you need, we can also send the samples back to your country so you can check the welding quality by yourself before ordering the machine.

Q6: Can you provide us the machine drawings and technical proposal?
Answer: yes. After receiving your detailed requirement and product drawings, our engineer will come out with the suitable Technical proposal with the basic machine concept drawings to you. Be size after you placing the order we will send you the more detailed design drawings of the machine to you for confirmation. Only after you confirming the drawings then we will start the manufacturing process.
