Wire mesh row welding special machine, utilizes the features of smooth surface, the unified thickness of wire diameter and large welding area of wire rod, and through using special fixture, to achieve highly efficiency, fast speed, and little deformation of welding. Except for square and rectangle, it can be used to weld triangle, circle and even other kinds of odd flat net.
AC pulse spot welding machine utilizes the general mains supply to lower the voltage and increase the electric curent, Such kind of lowvoltage but large current will be transmitted from the electrode to the linked point of two work pieces. On the linkage, due tothe resistance of work piece, high temperature will occur so the metal wil therefore generate high heat to make the work piecesin molten condition. Thus, the purpose of welding the two work pieces is achieved.
