YZRDW (F), YZRSW (F) series eddy current brake wound rotor two-speed three-phase asynchronous motor is specially developed for the hoisting mechanism of large and medium-sized tower cranes.

It has the characteristics of stable speed regulation, small starting current, strong overload capability, high mechanical strength, low temperature rise and high reliability.

It is especially suitable for short-term or intermittent operation, frequent starting, braking, sometimes overload and significant vibration and shock equipment.

YZRDW (F) series motor stator, rotor high and low speed share a set of windings, using single winding variable pole speed control technology, the rotor only draws 3 lines in the low speed winding, and is led out through 3 collector rings.

Specification

The rated voltage of the motor stator is 380V, the frequency is 50Hz, and the excitation voltage of the eddy current brake is 80V DC.

The motor installation type is IMB3, self-fan cooling IC411 or forced air cooling IC416 with fan, protection class IP44, insulation class F or H degree.

The motor reference system is S3-40%, and the eddy current brake is based on S3-15%.

The motor can be equipped with thermal protection measures according to user requirements, and thermal protection components are embedded in the windings.
