The weight of the plunger tends to be large. When it is placed horizontally, it is easy to sag due to its own weight, causing the seal and the guide to wear on one side, so it is more advantageous for vertical use.

Quenching and tempering to reach hardness 229-285HB after roughing machining, if necessary, we also can reach hardness 45-55HRC after high frequency quenching. Standard chrome plated thickness is 25m.
