Product details:

CBT-F5 gear pump adopts high-strength aluminum alloy material, and the internal structure uses many advanced technologies such as axial clearance floating compensation, radial balance, and DU self-lubriion. It has the characteristics of high volumetric efficiency, high pressure, low noise, strong vibration resistance and long life. Widely used in construction machinery such as forklifts, loaders, excavators, cranes, road rollers and mining, light industry, environmental sanitation, agricultural machinery and other industries

When the gear meshes, the tooth-direction contact line separates the oil suction chamber and the pressure oil chamber, and plays the role of oil distribution. When the driving gear of the gear pump is driven by the electric motor to continuously rotate, the gear teeth are disengaged from the meshing side. As the sealing volume increases, oil is continuously sucked from the oil tank. The gear teeth enter the meshing side, and the sealing volume decreases continuously. Drain oil, this is how the gear pump works
