Lift the bucket door and bucket, and check whether the oil pipes and oil ports are leaking oil. At this time, if the front beam of the bucket is supported on the frame, the bucket locking pin should be removed. If the quick connector cannot be connected , It may be that after the oil circuit is disconnected, the bucket moves up and down for some reason, causing the oil pressure in the pipeline to be high. At this time, loosen the nut connecting the hard pipe and the hose at the mop socket to make the high-pressure oil let go.

(2) After the oil circuit is connected, each operating handle should be moved slowly 4 to 5 times to check whether the unloading device, bucket door, and the front, rear, lifting and lowering movements of the bucket are flexible and whether there is any malfunction. Lower it to the ground, retract the unloading plate, close the bucket door, and check whether the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank is near the marking line of the liquid level indicator window.

Hydraulic oil
