Test items

Structural Characteristics:

1. The entire test bench is driven by an electric motor. This test bench can be categorized into three parts: the electric motor platform, the oil tank platform, and the control cabinet. The structure features a small size, light weight, a compact layout, and ease of installation, among other characteristics.

2. It adopts the design of a hydraulic integrated block, ensuring less leakage, a compact structure, and facilitating assembly and disassembly.

3. The output oil hoses are arranged in an orderly manner, presenting a clear layout and facilitating operation and installation.

Displaying mode:

1. by meters and computer;

• Flow, temperature, and speed are displayed in digit;
• Pressure is displayed by meter and the computer reads the signal sent by the pressure sensor ;
• The oil level is directly displayed by the liquid level gauge
• Filter blockage is alarmed by red light and buzzer

Installation Instruction:

1. Upon the arrival of this hydraulic system, check whether everything meets the requirements. Determine if the test bench complies with the design request and if there is any damage. Otherwise, contact the manufacturer directly.
2. When installing each part of the hydraulic system, ensure that the cover or wrap of every external oil port does not fall off before connecting hoses for this equipment to avoid any pollution of the hydraulic system.
3. After transporting this hydraulic system to the installation position, fix it firmly to prevent any impact on the performance of the system.
4. Once every part of this hydraulic system is in the correct position, connect the hoses for the hydraulic system in accordance with the hydraulic operation drawing.
5. During the connection process, do not omit or damage any seal.
6. After completing the installation, please connect the electricity.
