Working Principle :
When the power is cut off, the KSP08M-28S oil ① and ② are in a cut-off state. After being powered on, the valve core moves, allowing oil to flow from ② to ① and from ① to ②, and proportional control can be achieved. As the current increases, the flow rate through it correspondingly increases. Please note that although the oil port ① can be fully pressurized, it does not need to be used as the oil inlet of the valve. Emergency manual control option operation method: To perform emergency operation, please press the button. The valve may only partially move in this position. To ensure complete emergency movement, pull the button to its maximum travel and hold it in this position. To restore normal valve function, please release the emergency button and the emergency device will automatically reset.
A proportional valve is a type of control valve used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems to regulate the flow rate or pressure of fluid with a high degree of accuracy and precision. Unlike conventional on/off valves, which provide only binary control (fully open or fully closed), proportional valves offer variable and proportionate control over the fluid flow or pressure.
Proportional valves achieve this variable control by utilizing a combination of mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic components. They typically consist of a valve body with an inlet and an outlet port, a spool or poppet mechanism, and a control system.
