Low-Temperature Performance Testing for Hydraulic Valves -25 deg C Minimum Temperature
Description
The hydraulic valve is mainly used for the low-temperature performance test of the control valve of the lifting platform, including the function of the slide valve, the performance of the relief valve, the pressure loss, the pressure resistance and other tests. The hydraulic pump is mainly used for the low-temperature performance test of the constant power piston pump, including no-load displacement, volumetric efficiency, constant power variable characteristics and other items.
Features
1. PLC control, proportional voltage regulation, computer-aided test system, automatic program testing, automatic data analysis and processing functions, and test reports can be issued after the test is completed;
2. The medium temperature and ambient temperature can be controlled respectively, and the minimum temperature is -25°C;
3. Two test stations, namely pump test station and valve test station, in which the valve test oil source is provided by the pump test station;
