Description
The electro-hydraulic servo valve test bench is mainly used for servo valve performance testing. The main test items include no-load current characteristics, overlap resolution characteristics, pressure gain characteristics, internal leakage characteristics and frequency characteristics, and complete the drawing of test curves and real-time data processing.
The test bench is composed of an energy system, a test bench system, and a measurement and control system. The test bench has the characteristics of complete functions, high degree of automation, easy operation, high test accuracy and convenient maintenance.
The servo valve test bench consists of a hydraulic station system, a test bench system, a measurement and control system and a pipeline system.
Features
(1) The closed design of the test bench body has good safety protection performance.
(2) The inside of the platform body adopts channel steel and rectangular structural steel welded frame structure, and the key parts are provided with reinforcing ribs to ensure the overall strength of the platform body.
(3) The bottom surface of the table body is an integral oil pan, and the tightness is checked with kerosene after welding to ensure that there is no leakage, and the anti-rust primer and topcoat are applied after being clean and qualified.
(4) The servo valve installation base adopts a sunken oil groove.
(5) Lighting devices are provided on the front panel of the test bench and in the platform, and lighting control switches are set on the side of the panel.
