Single plunger pump:

The main structure consists of eccentric wheel, plunger, spring, cylinder block and two check valves. A sealed volume is formed between the plunger and the cylinder hole. The eccentric wheel rotates once, the plunger reciprocates once, the downward movement absorbs oil, and the upward movement drains oil. The volume of oil discharged by each turn of the pump is called the displacement, and the displacement is only related to the structural parameters of the pump.Horizontal plunger pump is a hydraulic pump by several plungers (generally 3 or 6) side by side installation, with a crankshaft through the connecting rod slider or by the eccentric shaft directly push the plunger to do reciprocating movement, to achieve suction and discharge of liquid.
