Parker Proportional Valve Features
The input signal of Parker proportional valve increases, the solenoid pilot valve 1 for gas supply is reversed, and the solenoid pilot valve 7 for exhaust is in the reset state, then the gas supply pressure enters the pilot chamber 5 from the SUP port through valve 1, the pressure of the pilot chamber rises, the gas pressure acts on the upper part of the diaphragm 2, then the gas supply valve core 4 connected with the diaphragm 2 is opened, and the exhaust valve core 3 is closed, and the output pressure is generated. This output pressure is fed back to control loop 8 through pressure sensor 6. Here, a quick comparison with the target value is corrected until the output pressure is proportional to the input signal, thus obtaining a change in the output pressure proportional to the change in the input signal.
