MOOG servo valve is a double nozzle flapper type servo valve, consisting of two stages of hydraulic amplification and mechanical feedback system. The first stage of hydraulic amplification is a dual nozzle and baffle system; The second stage of power amplification is the slide valve system.When the servo valve coil receives a forward current command signal, the coil will generate electromagnetic force for both ends of the armature, and the armature will drive the baffle to deflect. The deflection of the baffle will reduce the flow rate of a certain nozzle, and then change the pressure on one side of the slide valve connected with the nozzle, pushing the slide valve to move to one side, and the shoulder on the slide valve opens the EH pressure oil supply port.At the same time, the other shoulder of the slide valve opens the oil inlet of the oil motor, the oil motor is fed, the valve is opened, the feedback signal output of the valve position transmitter LVDT increases, the deviation between the command and the feedback signal is constantly reduced, and the driving instruction of the opening valve of the servo valve is also constantly reduced. When the output command of the servo valve is balanced with the spring return force, the baffle returns to the middle position.
