REXROTH gear pump structure:The external gear pump basically consists of a pair of gears supported in a bearing bushing and a housing with a front cover and a back cover.The drive shaft extends from the front cover and is usually sealed with shaft seals. Bearing force is absorbed by plain bearings. These structures are designed for high pressure operating conditions and provide oil-free operation, especially at low speeds. The gear has 12 teeth. This minimizes flow pulsation and noise emissions.The internal seal of the pressure chamber is achieved by operating pressure-dependent forces. Efficiency optimization is ensured. On the outer surface, the movable bearing bushing is pressurized by working pressure and is pressed on the gear as a seal. Special seals form the boundaries of the compression zone.Gear pump with integrated valve
