Applicability:1. Medium characteristics1) Quality gas, liquid or mixed state respectively choose different varieties of solenoid valve;2) The medium temperature of different specifications of products, otherwise the coil will burn, seal aging, seriously affect the service life;3) Medium viscosity, usually below 50cSt. If this value is exceeded, when the diameter is greater than 15mm, use a multi-function solenoid valve; When the diameter is less than 15mm, use a high-viscosity solenoid valve.4) When the cleanliness of the medium is not high, the recoil-filter valve should be installed before the solenoid valve. When the pressure is low, the direct-acting diaphragm solenoid valve can be selected;5) If the medium is directional circulation, and reverse flow is not allowed, two-way circulation is required;6) The medium temperature should be selected within the allowable range of the solenoid valve.

Pipeline parameters1) Select the valve port and model according to the medium flow direction requirements and pipeline connection mode;2) The nominal diameter is selected according to the flow rate and Kv value of the valve, and the inner diameter of the pipeline can also be selected;3) Working pressure difference: the lowest working pressure difference above 0.04Mpa can be used indirect pilot type; If the minimum working pressure difference is close to or less than zero, the direct acting type or step by step type must be selected.3. Environmental conditions
1) The maximum and minimum temperature of the environment should be selected within the allowable range;2) When the relative humidity in the environment is high and there are water droplets and rain, waterproof solenoid valve should be selected;3) Special varieties should be selected for occasions such as vibration, turbulence and shock in the environment, such as Marine solenoid valves;4) Use in corrosive or explosive environments should be preferentially selected according to safety requirements of corrosion-resistant type;5) If the environmental space is limited, it is necessary to choose a multi-functional solenoid valve, because it eliminates the bypass and three manual valves and is convenient for online maintenance.
