The coil must be vertically upward during installation, and the medium flow direction should be the same as the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body. Vickers solenoid valves cannot be installed in the concave part of the pipeline to avoid steam condensation or impurity deposition affecting normal operation. When the pipeline is not rigid enough, it is recommended to install the front and rear pipes of the valve on the bracket to prevent the solenoid valve from vibrating during operation.

‌Inspection and maintenance‌: After the Vickers solenoid valve is installed, check whether the connection between the pipeline and the circuit is correct, open the pipeline medium and the circuit, and conduct several test runs to ensure normal operation before it can be officially put into use.
