Reliability: The pneumatic valve adopts external pilot operation mode, and through the sealing principle of soft seal, it ensures a more reliable sealing effect, thereby preventing gas leakage and external impurities from entering the system, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment.
Durability: Its shell is made of polyamide (nylon) reinforced glass fiber, which has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and can operate stably for a long time in harsh working environment. The sealing material is made of propylene rubber, which not only has good sealing performance, but also can maintain its elasticity at different temperatures, extending the service life of the valve.
Precautions for use Installation precautions:
During installation, it should be noted that the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium, and it should not be installed in a place with direct dripping or splashing. The solenoid valve should be installed vertically upward. The pipeline should be cleaned before installation to ensure that the medium entering is free of impurities. A filter should be installed before the valve to prevent impurities from entering the valve body.
After installation, there should be no reverse pressure difference in the pipeline, and it needs to be powered on several times to make it suitable for temperature before it can be officially put into use.
Operation precautions:
The piston rod and the pilot valve piston should be flexible and feel easy during manual testing, and can automatically return to the original position after the hand is released. If it cannot pop up automatically, the dust inside the valve body and the piston rod needs to be cleaned and treated with high-quality lubricating oil.
Under normal circumstances, the electromagnetic coil should be energized, and the closing part should be lifted and there should be a suction sound. If it is abnormal, it is necessary to check whether the coil is burned and whether there are debris inside the closing part.
The manual push rod of the electromagnet is used for debugging or manual control in emergency situations. When the system back pressure is high, a cross screwdriver should be used to slowly push the push rod, and impact force should not be used.
Maintenance and care:
Regularly check the movement of the piston rod and the pilot valve piston to ensure their freedom of movement.
Regularly clean the gas path to ensure that the gas path is unobstructed.
Check the working status of the solenoid coil and closing parts regularly to ensure they are working properly.
