The following points should be noted when using AVENTICS pneumatic solenoid valves:
Choose the appropriate power supply voltage: When installing and using the solenoid valve, a power supply that meets its power supply voltage must be used to avoid unstable or excessive voltage, causing motor overheating or burning and other faults.
Correct wiring: Connect the positive pole of the power line to the positive end of the electromagnet, and the negative pole to the negative end of the electromagnet, otherwise it will not start normally or abnormalities will occur.
Installation and fixation are stable: The operator should ensure that the solenoid valve is installed and fixed reliably and stably to prevent the equipment from loosening or shifting due to vibration during the operation of the machine.
Protective device installation: The solenoid valve in operation must be equipped with protective devices to protect the safety of the equipment and operators.
Keep clean: Clean the dust, grease and dirt on the solenoid valve regularly to keep its surface clean and undamaged.
Check the contact and power cord: Check the contact of the electromagnet and the plug of the power cord regularly to see if it is loose and insulated. If it is found to be loose, falling off or damaged, it should be handled in time.
