Product Description:
Advantages and features of Vickers reversible hydraulic pressure reducing valve
High stability and repeatability
The plug-in main valve design ensures excellent pressure regulation repeatability and strong long-term operation stability, suitable for high-precision hydraulic systems.
The built-in pilot system can reduce pump flow loss when used in parallel and improve system efficiency.
Multiple pressure regulation and compatibility
Provides 5 adjustable pressure reduction pressure ranges, flexibly matches different working conditions, and supports reverse free flow (built-in check valve is required).
Conforms to ISO standard interface design, adapts to a variety of hydraulic system integration, and reduces installation space and cost.
Energy-saving and modularization
High power/size ratio design saves more than 50% installation space compared to traditional valve bodies, reducing system complexity.
Fully enclosed solenoid coil (IP67 protection) prevents oil penetration and is easy to quickly disassemble and maintain.
Intelligent pressure control
Through the dynamic balance technology of spring and valve back pressure, the outlet pressure is automatically kept stable, with an error range of ≤1%.
Supports remote control and automation integration to simplify the operation process.
Precautions for use
Installation specification
It must be installed upright on a horizontal pipe. The direction of the valve body arrow must be consistent with the flow direction of the fluid to avoid reverse installation and malfunction.
A filter must be installed at the water inlet (the oil cleanliness must reach ISO 18/15 or above) to prevent impurities from clogging the valve core.
Pressure and flow limit
A secondary pressure reducing valve must be installed within 4 meters of the outlet to prevent overpressure from damaging the pipe or valve.
Avoid using it beyond the rated flow rate. The parallel valve group must ensure the same diameter to maintain system pressure balance.
Environment and oil management
In high temperature conditions (>80℃), an expansion water tank must be installed at the outlet to absorb thermal expansion pressure fluctuations and extend the life of the valve.
Corrosive or high-viscosity media are prohibited. Corrosion-resistant models must be selected for special conditions.
Maintenance and fault prevention
Check the seals regularly (recommended once every 6 months). The maintenance cycle needs to be shortened in high temperature or frequent start-stop environments.
If it is not used for a long time, the solenoid must be activated regularly to prevent the valve core from getting stuck or the seal from sticking.
Summary
Vickers reversible hydraulic pressure reducing valve has high stability, multi-speed pressure regulation and modular design as its core advantages, and is suitable for scenes such as engineering machinery and automated production lines. When using it, you need to pay special attention to the installation direction, oil cleanliness and pressure protection to ensure its long-term reliable operation.
