Our hydroponic container farm adopts 40HC refrigerated container with a good insulation. It is a closed growing system which enables a farmer (agrotechnician) to achieve constant production of vegetables all year around. The facility utilizes artificial control of light, temperature, moisture, and carbon dioxide concentrations. By controlling the internal environment, plant factories can produce vegetables about two to four times faster than by typical outdoor cultivation. In addition, as multiple cultivation shelves (a multi-shelf system) are used, the mass production of vegetables in a small space is facilitated. Hydroponic container farm have been designed to use 97% less water than a traditional farm for to get the same volume of food.

Hydroponic Container Farm generally adopt a three-dimensional cultivation mode, planting in a layered frame structure, which can reduce the floor space and increase the yield: take lettuce as an example, the unit area of open-air cultivation is about 20-30 trees/m², the same cultivation distance, the allowable range of the structure Inside, the plant factory can be planted between 1-10 floors, and conventionally planted 4-5 floors (human height), which is 4-5 times that of open-air cultivation in space.

4. How about the warranty?

Our warranty is one year. If any problem for parts within one year, we will provide new parts for free. If more than one year, customer need pay its costs.
