Product features :
Francis turbine structure is simple, the main components include volute, seat ring, water guide mechanism, top cover, runner, spindle, guide bearing (see turbine guide bearing), bottom ring, draft pipe, and so on, the volute is water diversion department rotor and fixed paddle mixer shaped like snail shell, generally made of metal materials, circular section. The seat ring is placed between the volute and the guide blade, which is composed of the upper ring, the lower ring and some vertical columns, and is directly connected with the volute. The column is airfoil shaped and cannot rotate. It is also called fixed guide vane. The water guide mechanism is composed of moving guide vane, speed regulating ring, crank arm, connecting rod and other components. The runner is directly connected with the main shaft (see the main shaft of the turbine), which is the rotating part of this type of turbine. The runner is composed of the upper crown, lower ring, drainage cone and a number of fixed blades. The draft pipe is the discharge part of the turbine, which leads the water flow from the outlet of the runner to the downstream

6. Brushless excitation generator, no need to replace the carbon brush, for high-voltage large-scale unit, optional thyristor excitation can be used, and maintenance is more convenient.
