Product features :

The Francis turbine was invented by American engineer Francis in 1849. The water flowed radially from the periphery into the runner and then exited the runner approximately axially. The runner consisted of the upper crown, the lower ring and the blades, and the volute. The current development trend is high head, large capacity, high specific speed and high efficiency. The Francis turbine is simple in structure. The main components include the volute, seat ring, water guiding mechanism, top cover, runner, main shaft, guide bearing (see turbine guide bearing), bottom ring and draft tube. The main features are as follows:

1. Suitable for low head and large flow;

2. Pressure inlet, pressure outlet; pipeline water, pipeline water.

3. The turbine is separated from the generator for easy maintenance and replacement of wearing parts.

4. The turbine has 3 separate bearings and 2 generators for more reliable structure.

5. The turbine bearing has an independent oil lubrication system, and the bearing life is longer.

6. Brushless excitation generator, no need to replace the carbon brush, maintenance is more convenient.
