Photosynthetic Active Radiation (par) Sensor adopts optical material window and aluminum alloy shell structure. With the features of strong structure, good sealing, long service life, high measurement accuracy, good stability, long transmission distance, strong ability to resist external interference, which is in line with the (WMO) World Meteorological Organization specifications (CIMO Guide). It can be widely used in environment, agriculture, aquaculture, greenhouse, laboratory and other occasions that need photosynthetic active radiation measurement.
The five photosynthetic reactions of plants, namely photosynthesis, pigment synthesis, photoperiod, phototaxis and photopoiesis, are all concentrated in the wavelength range of 400 ~ 700nm. Therefore, the radiation in the band of 400~700nm is usually referred to as photosynthetic active radiation, represented by the symbol Qp, and the unit is W/m2, or measured by the photoquantum flux density, and the unit is umol/m2·s. Photosynthetic active radiation is the energy source of plant life activities, organic material synthesis and yield formation.
