QBY Series Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump Product Description
The Series QBY pneumatic diaphragm pumps are operated with compressed air.Our diaphragm pumps work as well as those imported from Germany or USA,suitable for pumping fluids with particles and other various liquids which are highly viscous,volatile,corrosive or toxic,as well as colloids. The pump body is made of aluminum alloys,cast iron or stainless steel.
The diaphragm is made of high quality rubber such as nitrile rubber,chloronorgutta rubber,fluoroine rubber. The diaphragm pumps are widely used in the petroleum industry,chemical industry,electronic industry,ceramic industry,food and textile industry.

WORKING CONDITION
Environment temperature: 5 to 65 C degree
Liquid temperature: -20C to 150 C degree
Liquid viscosity: to 10000cps
Pump flow and pressure can be adjusted by the supply air, from 0.1 to 0.8Mpa.
No shaft seal, no rotating parts, suitable for poisonous and corrosive liquid.
It can work without electricity, suitable for inflammable and explosive liquid.
Spacious through-pass performance, suitable for the liquid with slurry and impurity.
Can operate while immerged into the medium.
Pump can work with idle operation.
