Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?

Q2. Where are your factory(s) located?

Our head office is located in Xiamen, China. And we have two factories, one is in Haicang, Xiamen, while the other is in Taizhou.

Q3. How can I get samples?

We would like to offer samples after the prices have been confirmed. However, customers need to bear the total delivery costs (of sample).

Q4. What is your payment term?

SWe accept payment by T/T, L/C or D/P. However, if the payment is T/T or D/P, buyers need to pay 30% of the amount in advance when the order is comfirmed.

Q5. What’s your delivery time?

Since we don’t have most of our products in stock, the shipment will be in 40 days.
