Description

1. Cylinder mould:

1.1 Inner and outer spoke: 11 pcs, cast iron

1.2 Main shaft: 180X20mm cell thickness, seamless tube

1.3 SS sheet: 1.5X12mm

1.4 Screw space: 10mm

1.5 SS bar: diameter 12mmX70 pcs

1.6 Support rib: 10mm, SS bar

1.7 Inner lined SS strip: 3X22mm

1.8 Matched bearing: 3620, including bearing housing

2. Return roll: 480X2800X?? bearing center, coating rubber layer 20mm, hardness 90°Shore A, including bearing & housing

3. Pressurized cylinder mould former (including bracket body): SS for parts touched with pulp, including main body, pneumatic components, rectangular tapper pipe, hoses, water collection tank, positioning system

4. Suction box for felt: SS304

5. Couch roll: 450X2850X?? Bearing center, coating rubber layer 20mm, hardness 40°Shore A, the face length of couch roll should be 50mm longer than mould.

6. Guide roll for felt: 219X2850X?? Bearing center, plated with chrome on roll surface.

7. High & low pressure shower: SS304

8. Ground rail: 230X2100, cast iron

9. Note: The electric control system is matched by paper machine. It’s excluding from former.
