Means of control

First, when the gloves are still half finished, we measure the weight by per dozen according to our test standard,as well as the size and binding of each glove.Also,we test the dexterity/abrasion resistance/tear strength/puncture and blade cut of the cargo gloves. If there are some gloves cannot achieve the standard, they will be sent to reproduce.

Then, we will exam to see the smoothness and flatness of the gloves' surface.If some of goods are not OK,our workers check and make them again. The following step is viscidity tests and then we will make the weight and length test once more. At the same time,we do the other tests just like first step.All the tests are very strict and careful so that we can ensure the quality .

After everything prepared, we start to produce the gloves consulting and following the sample,and try our best to control the quality.Finally, we pick out 4%-5% gloves from the total number and leak out the unqualified products.According to our customers' request,we pack each pair carefully ,and pick up those inferior gloves once more. At last,we put the cargo into cartons and make sure the packing and whole appearance of gloves would not be affected.
