Laminar Flow Hood Aluminum SUS304 Stainless Steel FFU Fan Filter Unit smart group system control air condition
Features
The FFU group control system can connect tens or thousands of FFUs through the FFU monitoring host and is mainly used in various clean rooms.
The system includes a one-to-two intelligent unit, 32-way hub, 485/232 communication card, low-voltage control cabinet, FFU control host, and a computer centralized control system.
The FFU monitoring system architecture is composed of three parts: the upper monitoring end, the middle-level data collection end, and the lower FFU controller.
The upper monitoring end can utilize packaged graphics control software or develop custom monitoring software.
Meanwhile, the data collector actively gathers information from the underlying FFU controller, which then feeds into the lower FFU controller.
- High Filtration Efficiency:
- FFUs are equipped with high-efficiency filters, such as HEPA or ULPA filters, that can remove a high percentage of particles from the air. This ensures a clean and controlled environment, which is crucial for applications like semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and biological research.
- Uniform Airflow Distribution:
- FFUs are designed to provide uniform airflow distribution across the entire unit. This ensures that the air in the cleanroom or other controlled environment is well-mixed and free from stagnant areas where particles can accumulate.
- Modularity and Scalability:
- FFUs are modular and can be easily added or removed to adjust the size and capacity of the cleanroom. This scalability allows for flexibility in design and can accommodate changes in the cleanroom's requirements over time.
- Energy Efficiency:
- Modern FFUs are designed to be energy-efficient, with fans that operate quietly and consume less power. This helps to reduce energy costs and minimize the environmental impact of the cleanroom operation.
- Ease of Maintenance:
- FFUs are relatively easy to maintain. The filters can be easily accessed and replaced when necessary, and the units can be cleaned and serviced with minimal disruption to the cleanroom environment.
- Contamination Control:
- FFUs help to control contamination by preventing particles from entering the cleanroom through the air supply. This is crucial for applications where contamination can have serious consequences, such as in semiconductor manufacturing or pharmaceutical production.
- Flexibility in Installation:
- FFUs can be installed in a variety of configurations, including overhead, wall-mounted, or floor-standing units. This flexibility allows for customization of the cleanroom layout to meet specific needs and space constraints.
- Improved Worker Comfort:
- By providing a clean and controlled environment, FFUs can help to improve worker comfort and reduce the risk of health problems associated with exposure to contaminants.
