The whole ice cream sugar cone machine is controlled by Schneider PLC, operated by the main motor, roller , solenoid valve and air fan, the baking plate of the machine is heated, after it shows about 180℃, the mixed batter will be pumped in a certain adjusted amount to the baking plate by the discharging pump, and automatically close the baking plate. The pastry is adjusted in a certain thickness, then the driving wheel drives baking plate into the oven from the upper and lower fire flame nozzle, after baking, the mixed batter has become a pastry, the machine hand accurately put the pastry into the roll mold to form finished product, after de-moulding, the finished product is sent out.
The Rolled Sugar Cone Machine manufacturers is driven by the 3 phases power and backing oven is heating with gas (natural gas or liquid gas), electric ignition, oven temperature electronic display. The producing ability is very high and it is all automatic from spraying the batter, baking, forming, falling off from molds, conveying products, stacking and counting.
