Saliva collection kit collection principles:

The saliva collection kit collects the saliva sample secreted by the mouth through the collection tube and mixes the collected saliva with the saliva preservation solution evenly to ensure the integrity of the DNA in the saliva sample and its long-term storage at room temperature.

Saliva collection kit instructions:

① Relax your cheeks and gently knead them for 30 seconds to produce saliva;

② Gently spit about 2ml of saliva into the saliva collection funnel;

③ When collecting saliva, pay attention to avoid excessive foam (excluding the upper foam);

④ Open the storage liquid tube and unscrew the bottle cap;

⑤ Pour the DNA preservation solution into the saliva collector, and confirm that the layered interface between the sample collection solution and the upper layer of foam reaches the scale line shown at 4ml;

⑥ Unscrew the collection funnel from the screw port of the saliva collection device, and take out the funnel (remember to dispose of the garbage after use to avoid contact and pollution);
