HCY swab introduction:

HCY swab appearance:

The shape of the HCY swab should be correct, neat, smooth, and uniform in color, and there should be no defects such as burrs, mold spots, scars, scratches, and cracks. It should be clean, odorless, and tasteless. It should be soft to the touch with no spots, stains or foreign objects.

HCY swab performance:

The pull-out force at the connection between the HCY swab connecting rod and the sampling head should not be less than 2N.

The HCY swab should be able to withstand 4N static pressure perpendicular to the axial direction for 15s without permanent deformation or fracture. The braking force at the notch of the sampling head should not be less than 2N.

Rotational friction:

360-degree rotating friction is not less than 3 times, and the amount of fuzz on the denial surface is not more than 2 times;

Rotate the head end of the non-woven fabric of the ABS rod 360 degrees no less than 5 times, and the head end of the sampled non-woven fabric does not fall off.

HCY swab use:

HCY swabs are used to detect biological samples in the natural cavity of the human body, such as the oral cavity.

HCY swab instructions:

1 Tear off the sealing paper on the packaging tape of the HCY swab, and gently take the HCY swab out of the bag. Note: The HCY swab cannot touch anything other than the inner wall of the mouth to avoid contamination.

2. Hold the HCY swab by your mouth, rotate the inner wall mucosa from inside to outside and from outside to inside 10-15 times, then move up and down 5-10 times, and stick it on the inner wall of the oral cavity with moderate force. It should be ensured that all parts of the HCY swab can be immersed in the exfoliated cells of the oral mucosa; the same method is used to collect the inner wall of the oral cavity on the other side.

3 After the collection is completed, please take out the HCY swab from the oral cavity and put it into the sampling test tube, break off the handle of the sampling swab at the broken part, cover the sampling test tube cover, and finally take out the barcode and paste it on the sampling test tube cover and the pipe joint, and seal it Good time for inspection.

Note: Spinning too much will result in sample dilution or loss. After sampling, make sure the HCY swab does not touch any other objects.

Store in a cool and dry place, sealed and preserved. Do not use twice, avoid rain, avoid sun
